When the Windy blows
- Exotic dancer Windy Leigh talks
about being awarded Miss Big Bust USA, stripping, and how she got her
name….  Strippers and porn stars can be found on scores of Internet sites, yet some of them stand head and shoulders above the rest. Be it for the quality of the girl, the quality of the website, or both. Windy's got a knock-out site (that she designed herself) and the looks (blonde hair, big breasts), but it hasn't always been this way. Q. Windy, how long have you been in the business and how did you first get involved? A. Well, I have been dancing for about 11 years now - well, the anniversary is in July! I started as a house-dancer in Pittsburgh. Then, in 1995, I decided to pursue a career as a feature entertainer, but found it wasn't so easy. They didn't want the plain-Jane girls. So, by 1997, I had liposuction, and a breast enlargement. At that point I started doing the men's magazines such as 'Cheri', 'Score', 'D-cup', 'High Society' and more. I also started to enter different contests, and I was getting noticed around the business. Finally my break came when I was noticed by Lydia Parks from FEV Talent Agency. She introduced me to my first agency, and the rest is history. Q. A silly question, I admit, but is Windy your real name... and if not, why did you choose it? A. Not silly. No my real name isn't Windy! I was sitting in front of my first agent, and she asked what I wanted to be called. I was like, "I dunno!" She said, "Well, what are you good at?" I replied "Blow jobs." She said, "So, you blow. We'll call you Windy!" I added the Leigh later at the beginning of my feature career. It's my mother's middle name. Q. While on the subject of names... you named your boobs 'Jake' and 'Elwood.' Are you a 'Blues Brothers' fan? Or do they resemble (!) Belushi and Akyroyd?! A. Hehehe! They were named by an old friend! He said you have to give them names. For God's sake, I celebrate their birthdays every year - which is May 1st. They are 'The Boobs Brothers'! Nothing really to do with the movie or the stars. Q. So, what size were your breasts... before? And now?  A. Before 36B. After 38EE! Bigger is Better! Q. You have some impressive achievements listed on your site, how did you win 'Miss Exotic/Nude Big Bust USA 2001' (or something like that)? Was it just based on size, or quality… or firmness? A. Well, 'Miss Exotic USA 1997' was held in Savannah, Georgia, and consisted of four performances over a one week period. That is where I met Lydia Parks. There wasn't much more to it. 'Miss Nude East Coast' in 1999 consisted of a week of competition on shows, bikini walks, and interviews.  'Miss Nude USA 2000' was held in Miami, FL. That was a tough one
with some very big names; a whole week of shows and bikini walks. I won the
contest with my 'Cupid' show (?!) and ended with a shower in a flaming heart.
Cool huh! 'Miss Big Bust USA 2001' was limited to DD cup sizes and larger. Same
contest as the rest. Recently I won 'World's Performer of the Year 2002'! That
was given to me after my 2nd runner-up placement at the 'Miss Nude World
Pageant.' It is voted on after a full year of touring by your peers; based on
your shows, body, personality, and how much you have accomplished in that year.
At the pageant, I was doing a show which required me to be in a champagne bowl
("an over sized champagne glass which a person can fit in"). During my show the
bowl split in half and tumbled me to the floor! I was quite embarrassed, but
managed to finish the show on my feet with a standing ovation. They told me, it
put me over the top for the award because I continued to smile through the
whole damn show, and didn't let it stop me. That is an award I will always
treasure. Q. Is it true that you're on the road for 45 weeks of the year? A. I do travel quite a bit. I go 40-50 weeks a year, depending on my schedule. I try to work as much as I can. It isn't as tough as people might think. I do miss home, but my career won't last until I am 65. At least I hope not! I am working hard, and saving, and also have other projects on the side. Q. On your website, you claim that you don't date. If so, are you simply not looking... or not met the right guy/gal? A. Well, when I wrote that I was in a six year relationship - that ended in October. I thought about changing it, but decided not to. Stay to myself for awhile and regroup. Since then I fell in love, and am not in a new relationship, so the comment still stands. Q. Would you give it all up for the right person if they objected to your nudity? A. NO, NO, NO, NO! I love what I do, and anyone that cannot see that doesn't deserve to be with me. Not many people can say they love going to work, and I am proud of me, and everything I do. I have worked hard in this business to accomplish my goals, and build a name, and anyone I am with should be proud of that too. Damn, even my parents are proud! Q. On your on-line 'gotta have' store, you have plenty of shoes for sale. Are you cashing in on fetishists or trying to quit your own shoe-fetish? Or is it that you're one of those ladies who just can't say 'no' to a nice pair of shoes...? A. A little of both. I know there are many men out there with toe, foot, and shoe fetishes, and I have alot of shoes. Works out well for all! Q. Before stripping, you wanted to be in the air force (!). Are you still interested in joining? A. Hell no! The best thing that ever happened to me was not going! I wouldn't have the wonderful career I have now. I do miss working with my hands though. Q. What is your favourite thing about stripping? And what is the worst? A. Favorite thing would have to be the money. I know that sounds awful, but with a limited education, I have done well for myself. My least favorite would be the separation of personalities. Sometimes it is hard to go home, and just be yourself. I am always doing a performance of some type, and it is hard to let go of the party girl, and be the homebody! Q. I noticed that you webdesign and have done so for a few other girls - which surprised me. Do you consider them competition? Do you think - oh I can't make their site as good as mine because I want more hits? A. Actually, I am just the opposite. I worry more about them - then I do my own. I mean, they pay me! They give me the referrals. Gotta make them happy. Q. What is better - on-line stripping, on-stage stripping or stripping for video? And why? A. On stage! There's nothing like one-to-one, and I love the sound of a room full of horny men screaming for me to take my clothes off. Q. And finally, where can we see you next? A. Hopefully everywhere!
